Director of Winemaking
After growing up in Livermore and spending summers working at wineries, Eric graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a degree in chemistry and didn’t waste any time jumping into the wine industry. He joined Bogle in 1994 and has directed the winery through many years of growth. While much has changed, what has not is the commitment to handcrafting wines of the finest quality and the best value in California. Balancing use of modern equipment and technologies with time-tested traditional methods of winemaking, Eric is proud of each and every bottle that carries the Bogle name.
Dana’s interest in winemaking was first piqued on a trip to Italy at the age of 18. She graduated from UC Davis in 2005 with degrees in Viticulture and Enology. After an internship at Mumm Napa working with sparkling wines, Dana joined the Bogle team in 2006 and quickly proved herself as enologist. While moving up the ranks, Dana has been instrumental in maintaining Bogle’s quality through tremendous growth. Whether ten barrels or a hundred barrels, her determination and attention to detail keep Bogle wines showing beautifully each vintage.
